finally getting a donkey yeah!!!!

hubby finally said yes! i need some info on them i really dont know much abt them yet i have a week to learn!


i dunno his age pretty old i assume he is broke to ride bareback and thats all i know ohhh his name is eeyore lol

Donkeys are fine. Mules are better. Go to American Doneky and Mule Society web page for info and links. Also Lucky Three Ranch--Merideth Hodges has a donkey that jumps, does equitation and dressage (!). Her site is excellent, as is her show, Training Mules and Donkeys on RFDTV. She also has excellent training tapes/DVDs. Check it out.
