I have a chick that hatched yesterday in the incubator and today it is pecking the shell and pecking at another egg that is trying to hatch?? Is this okay??

You can take it out and put it in the Brooder, but it's ok there.

Not necessarily, you can but as long as the Brooder is ready and warm, you can take it out.
