Need information about breeding

I recently decided that i wanted to start breeding and selling chickens after falling in love with my two current d'uccle hens. I am having trouble finding the laws about breeding and selling in Texas. I know chickens must be tested for Typhoid and Pollorum, but I don't know how much this costs, or other laws, permits, or licences I may need. Does anyone know about these things and does anyone have some tips on breeding chickens as well? All help is welcome, Thank You!
