We have a plant that has done beautifully outdoors. The tag said that it will overwinter indoors but I've lost the tag, forgotten what it said, and Hope's gone to kill me since I told her don't worry about the tag, I'll remember.

It has been blooming and sending out new growth all summer.
 
Mandevilla was my guess, too. They have a bunch on clearance at Lowe's right now.

Looks like it might be some sort of Mandevilla. I think they sell them at Lowes and Home Depot, around here, in the spring/early summer.
 
You can trim it back alot and repot and bring it in before a frost. Should last inside for the winter. sunny window is a plus..
