Need Poultry Processor in Central Texas

Help! I just found out that the place I was going to use quit processing poultry! Crap! I did a web search and I couldn't find anything close, say within 50 miles.

How stupid am I for not checking this out first?! URGH! Can you tell I'm smacking myself upside the head?

I'm in Elgin which is about 20 miles east of Austin.

Oh, I am in College Station. You can't find any places in Austin that process?

I have found meat processors but no poultry processors.

....I'll check some more, maybe I overlooked someone.

I'm in College Station too, but if you really get into a bind, I may be able to help you out. I'm not a licensed processing facility, but I don't mind doing it. You may also want to check out the sticky post at the top of this thread about processing your own chickens.

i found my processors in the houston area by posting an ad in the farm section of craigslist. alot of people in 4H told me where they go.
