Need quick advice!

I had a chick that hatched with an unabsorbed yolk and it's all grown now!

What I did was put it under a heat lamp (like you have done), and then put a damp paper towel over the yolk/tummy to keep the yolk from drying out until it was all absorbed.

Since the mom ate the yolk sac, I'm not sure if it will survive. (How big was the yolk when you saw it?)
If the navel area isn't bleeding, I would put a damp paper towel over that area to close up.

I hope your little chick will make it!!!

Its hard to say what size the yolk was, dime size maybe penny?? Its moving and opening its eyes right now but I know it's still a critical situation.

That's about the size I had to deal with. On the picture of the tummy, I saw there was still something hanging out. Keep that area moist. If he does survive, my main worry would be an infection. Once the navel closes up a bit, put a dab of regular Neosporin or antibacterial ointment on there to keep any infections from starting.

Yes looks like an umbilical cord hanging out. Thank you for the advice I will do that!

Good morning, little chick made it through the night. She is up walking around and has actually drank some water, I havent seen her eat anything yet but put food in there anyways. She has been chirping all night long, maybe she will pull through, we will see!

The chick "Lucky" is doing great and has had a sibling join him or her and they both are thriving. I have one more egg to go but the hen is losing interest in sitting now. Found the egg cold tonight, i brought it in and warmed it up, candled it and theres movement. It should hatch any day now, question is if i keep it warm in the house will it still hatch? I dont have an incubator.

it's possible. Don't put wet things on it to raise humidity, it'll cool it too much. You could try setting it up in a bathroom or maybe a basement where the humidity would normally be higher. It should pip on it's own, just keep an eye on it and if it get to 24 hours after it's pipped and it hasn't gotten out on it's own you might have to assist.
