Oh no the hatchery I go to doesnt cull any chickens. I dont think they sell the chicken when you give it to them but i'm not sure. Maybe she will be ok after a while. I just sat in the rin for a while and watched what she did and all she does is run at the polish/silkie mix and they do the chest bump thing. I think maybe all she wants to do is figure out whose dominant and then she will stop. Hopefully she will. That would make everything so much easier.

Culling doesn't neccessarily mean killing. Giving it away is still culling. Culling means to remove something (you consider) inferior from the rest.

Is it at all possible to get a rooster? Even a silkie rooster.. My silkie rooster stops my head hen from pecking on others relentlessly. He can't stop every peck obviously, but he protects the others being picked on.
