Need Quick Help!!!!!

Please I need help. I have three 2-3 month old pullet chicks. An EE, a BR, and a polish/silkie mix. I just got the polish and I have had the others since they were 2 weeks old. The EE has been a problem from the start. I had to separate the EE and the BR at 3 weeks because the EE had pecked at the BR beak so much there was a red mark. She was better for a while and is now doing the same thing to the polish silkie mix and is harrasing the BR. What should I put on the polish silkie's beak to heal it and keep the EE from pecking it more? I really want help with this fast because the peck mark is getting deeper every day. They are no longer in the brooder so I cant separate them anymore. I dont have another coop all I have is the brooder. Also, should I get rid of the EE? She's always been mean to me and the other chicks so I dont really mind but i'd rather just keep her.

I could do the box thing but I feel like she will just go back to her old habits once I put her back in the coop. I dont have blu-koat but would neosporin work for now? I will be too busy during the week to go get some blu-kote. I'm thinking the EE will have to go

If I do decide to give her back to the hatchery, what species are sweet and docile that would go well with my polish/silkie mix and my BR?

I have had EE hens before also and they can be very mean! If this one is already causing this much trouble think what will happen when she is full grown and has more weight to throw around. You need to get rid of the EE now before you get more attached. As for what to get instead, try a Dominiquer or Bard Rock. they are both very docile. Good Luck!

I had one start the process and the others finished when they saw the blood, we lost 2... The 3rd was in the nesting box with her whole rear end tore up bad... I brought the poor thing in the house and put her in a pet carrier... Then I got on here and was told to put cornstartch on her bottom to help stop the bleeding... It works by the way... The next day I went out and watched them while they were free ranging... I then found the culprit... I watched her go up to each hen and even our roo and just start pecking away... She was top girl, so they let her... I then grabbed her up and she to went in a pet carrier... I put her right beside my poor Sweetie and that is where she stayed for 2 weeks... I then let them out with the other ladies to free range and so far so good... 2 months later all is well... I tried to keep her in the coop with the others while in the carrier but she was getting really stressed and bleeding from trying to get out with the rest... So in the house she came... I got these girls for the eggs and the joy they give by having them, not to eat so culling to eat was not an option for us... Even caged they both still gave me eggs daily, although poor Sweetie for the life of me how she was able to lay with her rear tore up I will never know... Good luck, just wanted you to know some can be rehabilitated but after given a chance and they still go back to the same harrassing I would not hesitate to cull... You have to think of the other birds as well...

I dont want to cull her. If I get rid of her in any way it would be giving her back to the hatchery. I wont get another EE though because I hear alot of people saying they are mean. I like the speckled sussex, though. Are they nice and calm?
