Need renovation ideas on expanding A frame coop.

Hi all! Started out in April 2016 with tractor style A frame coop for 4 hens. Realized I wanted bigger run area so divided fenced yard gave them back part, dogs front part. So this allowed A frame coop to become stationary. I want to extend flooring to make a larger coop, which will also provide larger area for cover/shade. Just not sure on layout for inside coop.
Features I'd appreciate your input on:
-automatic door (placement?)
-easy way to access inside coop to clean (pop up far side of coop like car hood or pull down like oven door)
-easy way to gather eggs without going into run (cut hole in wood for 5 gal buckets through near side of coop with lid access outside, half bottom cut out inside to hold shavings in nest)
-roost design to minimize chickens walking through poop as I have one feather footed (Aframe roost with ends inaccessible?)
-poop board with lip & sweet pdz? Poop "hammock?"

I'd love to hear your ideas. Pic of current setup is attached I think.

I don't have any ideas for you but you might want to search hoop coops on here, you might get some ideas that way.

A-frames just don't function real well, expanding them lengthwise won't help much.
The sharply slanted sides make a tight space inside to fit roosts,
ventilation is difficult, and it's hard to reach in the side for tending the birds and anything else because of the wider foot print.
That's probably why your thread has 70 views and few replies.

Only thing I can think of would be to add 'dormers' on each side for more space and easier access. One side could be nests and the other roost with poop trays underneath.
