oh i shoped around i'm like you guys the cheaper the better..lol

but all the other pnes we saw were &1000 and up and only had one bathroom and i wanted at least 2 bathrooms so when i have people over and this was the only one that had more than one bathroom

prices in Maryland have gone up alot since about 2005

when i found this APT 9 other people wanted it on the spot but luckly i knew the APT owner ..lol

Well then, I would guess that people are just trying to rationalize their own apartments by tearing yours down a bit.

Or, they haven't entered the real world yet and have a fantasy idea of life on your own

If things get tight, you can always rent out the den and put the birds/bator in your 2nd bathroom! Would be easier to clean!

i talk to my grandma this morning an told her what my parents were saying about a new baby and my grandma

lol

in a way i hope they don't either..lol i mean cuz my parents already have 4 grandkids and another due anyday now.. that should be enough for them? lol

but i can't wait to move in my own place
