need some advice

[ironworker in va]

i have one rooster and three hens for about six moths . yester day i recived a letter from the county stating that i cant have them . i wil get rid of them but i was wondering if anyone have any advise on the subject . i live in york town va . i have looked at the county code and cant find it but wil keep looking .thanks
