Need some assistance

Hello, Having an issue with acclimating my new hens into the flock. They have been out with the flock for almost two weeks but at night they go back into their kennel and the main flock goes into the coop. During the day it is like two different flocks in the run area. If the smaller ones are at one feeder the larger ones are at the other. And they switch back and forth. Not sure what to do from here.

Could you place this "kennel" inside the coop?
How old are the new vs. older ones?

Seeing that you have a flock of shrinking violet hens and a flock of Amazon hens,

it seems to me that your smaller hens are survivors who are just trying to get buy.

There is nothing that will rectify your problem but perhaps time.
