Need some help for my hen. Please.

Hi, I have a hen which has lost quite a bit of weight, she doesn't eat solid foods but she tries to eat them. When she is trying to eat something solid it seems as if she is having a hard time swallowing it. She also produces alot of saliva. When she eats she produces alot of saliva. Please help me help her.

Check for impacted crop. Crop will stay full,food is not digested.
