My wife and I are "farm kids", I'm 71 and she's 65. We want to start raising poultry again.

I need to know where I can buy cheap wafer thermostats, cheap humidistats, cheap 99.5° thermometers and other parts for incubators.

We are on Social Security and can't afford the prices some of those vendors think their stuff is worth, and I didn't see any gold plating on anything. LOL

Anyone have any decent sources for stuff like we need? I build my own incubators.

We are working on our house so we don't have much spare time to sit here and search the 'Net all day. Thought some of y'all have already found these sources.

Thanks,

Bob

You'll probably be happiest going to the local feed store for your stuff so you know exactly what your getting for your money.

Trouble is... almost all of the "feed stores" like Southern States, etc., ar closing down around here due to urban sprawl and government interference with the new "farm laws" and all.

The ones that are still operating are doing so on a shoestring and can't afford to stock stuff that doesn't move quickly... and Tractor Supply are pricing themselves out of the market and selling chinese junk at exorbitant prices.

I just figured y'all would have some sources with sane, American access, prices.
