Need some help hooking up my digital humidistat

I have a outlet checker and have the humidifier plugged in and still nothing after changing the wires like you have drawn. Hmmm. Maybe a setting I need to change?

Could you send me a picture of the controllers wiring and the plugs wires on the back of the outlet?
Do you have the sensor in right?
If it’s in h mode. Heating. Then when it goes lower than your setting it should make a small click noise(the relay turning on).

Wow u got the wires! Nice picture looks good to me!
I’m wondering if maybe the maret with the black wires isn’t touching to take the power to the outlet?
Just a thought. If it’s all good for connection I bet there’s a setting wrong. I have a very similar controller.
I will possibly later take a video of me explaining the settings.

Ok so if you changed the h to c and it clicked that means your setting is lower than the humidity it’s reading.

The click also means that the internal relay is still good!

Right but I can leave it on H and increase or decrease the value and I can’t seem to get power to the outlet. I’m going to look for the YouTube video of how another guy wires it and post it so you can see what I’m talking about. Thanks
