Oh that is the nostril area on the beak that you are thinking is the top.
So nope no underbite
I am so proud though, he can now drink water on his own (before he was scared to go near the water dish, since earlier the dogs barked he got scared stumbled all over the brooder... and well his foot plopped into the water)
Oh I see now , I think the shinny part is what threw me off.
Aww isnt that cool aww poor baby.
Before long he will be walking in his water on purpose lol
We don't keep it quiet here for the most part cause I like them to get use to all the sounds around them
It makes it easier to transition from one place to another.
My brooder is in the living room, so the TV is on or Kids playing video games which you know they have the volume up too high ( Maybe a sign of me getting old ) lol
But he is so cute and fluffy I love that part best
Yeah, he didn't start fluffing up until I took him out of the bator.
And my chickies I would think would be used to it, from hearing it through their eggs the entire time.
And I have been singing to Beckham all day, and my pipped eggs... and have also sung along to the radio at them... haha so I hope them get used to the noise soon... I just like having an audience that won't run away (aka my dogs)
