Need some help..

I have a young BLRW about 5-6 months old and his stomach is filled with air like a big rig tire.. How can I take care of this and make it better? This has been like this for over a week now and his stomach has air in it and it's not a full stomach of food.

Chickens don't really have stomachs. Do you mean his crop? The part that you can see sticking out of his chest? I'm thinking your chicken might have SOUR CROP. It could be full of water from him trying to wash down an impaction and that's why it feels like an inner tube (ring tire). If you open his mouth and smell it, does it smell bad?
