I think, perhaps, I will call this one "long version complete" and start with a fresh, blank text document for an attempt at making short and sweet.

Looks great! You have definitely done your homework. I especially like the "Noise" section. That is the best statement regarding chicken noise vs. everyday noise levels (dogs, cars, wild birds etc.) that I've seen.
