Need some input on when to sex Bantam ducklings

We typically vent sex our ducklings at one week, but everything I've read about sexing Bantams says it's very risky to sex them that early. What I don't find agreement on is when it should be done. I've seen people say two weeks, one month, six weeks, and I've even seen a couple of people say you shouldn't sex them at all.

We're not going to take the "not at all" option, but I'm open to any of the others. My hubby is eager to do this as soon as it's safe, so I wanted to go ahead and gather opinions since the youngest of the new ones are a week old today.

Thanks, Amiga. I've been surprised that nobody has responded to this, but maybe the people in this forum who have Bantams just wait until they can be sexed by voice.
