Need some pigeon help please

I have bred conures for ten years. I have bird experience, but not pigeons.
I got a male for my white female. They have babies. They are in a 3 x 3 x 2 foot bunny hutch.
The babies have started hopping out of the dish, but I always see them in the same corner when I go down there.
Well it rained and their cage got wet inside. I cleaned out the poop but it didn't dry good due to being in the shade where i thought was better and cooler.
Today there is green sloppy poop all over the cage. The babies are in the same spot.
Could the parents have gotten sick or are the babies running around when I am not there? Baby conures make sloppy poop like that.
The other cage has three pigeons in it and they have normal poop.
I moved their cage out into the sun to dry it out and am putting them in a different place with a tarp on their cage so rain can't get in. They are about to be released into a 50 by 15 foot aviary that we built for our chickens but only have two old loving ladies left in there.
I put vinegar in the water to help them. Are they sick or is this the babies?
