I've assembled a 20' by 20' meat chicken run from dog kennel panels 6' tall. I need to cover the run with something to keep out predators. I need some suggestions. On my 6' by 20' hen house pen I just wrapped chicken wire up the sides and over the top (width way, not length way). But being a full 20 feet to span on the meat bird run I think I would have too much sag and too many seams to wire together. I would prefer to have a one piece, seamless top. I was thinking about using flight pen material. How would this hold up to snow load and also, would it keep out racoons? Anyone have any experience with flight pen material on their runs? Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Hardware stores have some netting around me. 20 x 30 30x30 is the biggest i found. Its not strong though. Just enought to keep out hawks. Im sure if they dove into it it would be all done. I had a hawk under mine but it didnt mess it up too bad. I have also seen cloth nets too in the 30 x 30 size. When I save up some more money Im going to use chicken wire across the top and support the seams. The $30 net top seems to work for now. I think they usually put them over fruit trees or berrys to stop birds from eating them. I have also seen a lot of plastic type netting that is stronger but its 4 x100 or 7x100. If animals can rip chicken wire Im sure they can shread this stuff. Knock on wood so far so good. They were just getting in my coop another way.......I hope no longer..... this will be night number 2.
