So its time for me to move out of the incubator and into my hatcher for the first time. Should I put them into an egg carton so the eggs are upright? or do I just lay them down in my hatcher?

This is my hatcher:

If they are on their side leave them on their side. I put mine on paper towel rolls. When I go into lockdown I tilt the air sac (fat end) up just a little.
