I think the largest was pushing 13lbs. But I think they had passed that feed/growth conversion point, I don't think they were growing much more, especially compared to how much they were eating to sustain themselves.

Think small turkey..lol

I let a couple cornish x's go way too long a couple years ago. They filled a 9x13 baking pan after being butchered. Not both of them, but EACH! I had to quarter them and chop each breast half in two to make them small enough portion-wise for me to eat by myself.

Better than letting your turkey go too long... a 50lb bird doesn't quite fit into ovens so well...
