What do you need help with? Hatching? Introduction of chicks once hatched or placing eggs under your broody?

If you haven't already, I suggest you review the resources in the BYC Learning Center, like the section on Hatching Eggs & Raising Chickens. There's a lot to learn, so doing as much research as possible upfront would be a good idea.

All of that. This is my first time hatching eggs . EVER!‍

What worked for me was placing my day old chicks under my broody hens. I had 9 hatch and had two broody hens at the time. I took the hens off of their roost at night and introduced them to the chicks, 5 went to one hen and 4 to the other, in separate dog kennels in my basement. It was tense at first as the hens were first timers but within a few minutes they realized this was what they had been waiting for. I kept them in the basement for about a week then transitioned them to the coop where I had a separate area for them. Important to do this at night and the hens will need to be broody for at least two weeks or so. It was really quite amazing to watch.

Hey this is my backup incubator. Just got it. I really appreciate everyone's help and comments on this forum. My hatching eggs come in 9 days including my lavender Ameraucana eggs. What do you think about the incubator. Never used one before.
