15 weeks old and it is a rooster

I have 4 more that are identical to that and they are smaller and younger and are pullets and that helps a lot because I thought they were Cornish cross

I don't see any way that bird is a Leghorn, sorry. Leghorn roosters mature at what, 5-6lbs? Something like that. This guy is much heftier. I would think it could be a Cornish cross, but I'd question the age. If one lived to 15 weeks I'd expect it to be much larger. I've had CX hens go to 12 weeks and they were larger than this. So unless you're severely restricting feed, I'm thinking it's not a CX, or the age is off. The other guess would be white Rock, but the shape just doesn't look right for that.

I agree with donrae, it looks like a Cornish cross. Either it's younger than 15 weeks (maybe around10 weeks) or its growth has been stunted somehow.
