need to know what is wrong with my polish baby chick.Something is wrong,it goes around shaking its head,and draws its legs up.It it not to strudy on its feet.Help whats wrong,what can I do?

Can be many things but a good start is to give it some electroytes such as Save A Chick. Could be a respiratory illness, vitamin deficiency, or many other things.
