Need to move mama and her babies?

My silkie is the omega of the flock. She is constantly dominated even being broody. When she hatches her clutch should I move her ?

Is she brooding her eggs near the ground or higher? If she is constantly disturbed by other flock members you should move her because when the chicks hatch out they could be pecked on, but sometimes when you move broody hens they abandon their eggs.
