Need to pick one of these Call drakes to breed with my new duck.

Thanks for your reply, truthfully I to liked the #1 drake better for a while then this last week #2 has really started catching my eye.
that is why I asked for help on who has the better call body.

I like the body of drake 2 better. Neither one of them has a decent head.

If you are breeding pets, I'd suggest the one with the best temperament. (Nothing wrong with pets)

If you want to breed show ducks, I suggest that you purchase a better drake, or else you've got a very long ways to go.

# 1's head and bill seem more compact but #2 has a shorter body it seems. I agree on getting a different drake, niether of them do have the best heads, but if you want my opinion i'd say #1

I would wait till they are fully grown and have their full adult color then I would pick which drake to keep.

Just FYI-make no mistake about it-you can get an SQ duck from a PQ pairing with Calls and vice versa. She's a decent little gal so she will help refine type and conformation of babies.
