Need to rehome a chicken kaikua-kona, hi

I'm desperately trying to find a new home for a rooster that has been calling our neighborhood home. Unfortunately, we have a new neighbor and an HOA that has decided he had to go. The options here seem to mostly end in his demise. I am looking to find someone that can catch him safely and/or take him to a new safe home here on the island. Please let me know if you know of anyone local or if I should post this somewhere else. Mahalo for you help!
