Need to soak birds legs / help re: cold outside

I need to soak my rooster's legs in epsom salts, but the weather is freezing outside and I don't want to leave his feather's wet.
Is it possible to bring him inside for a few days and then return him to the coop? His legs have crusty 'tumors' and we've successfully soaked them off before, but that was in the summer.

Bathe inside; use a blow-dryer on low to dry him thoroughly before returning him outdoors.
