need wry neck help

i need to know how much polyvisol to put in my 14hour baby chick's water anybody please help i dont think he can hold up much more

I would suggest culling the bird. I know this may sound mean, but you do not want to breed birds with wry neck. I do not know about a cure for wry neck, because i would cull if found in my birds.
