Hello guys. Please can someone tell of my chickens are healthy?

Aside from the guts; I'd say the liver, gizzard and heart would taste pretty good if they are fried up in the skillet.

The livers look rather unhealthy to me, it might just be fatty liver but inspect closer for whitish dots or nodules or patches.

The livers look tan, not bright red. That can be a sign of fatty liver disease, and the yellow fat on one of the gizzards looks fatty. Did one have a lot more fat on her? Did you see any yellow fluid when either abdomen was opened? Aside from that I cannot tell much. If you do another butchering or necropsy, keep the organs from each chicken separate, and take pictures.
