We are looking for one or two healthy companion hens for Heidi, the last remaining bird from our original flock of four silkie-mix hens.
Heidi is about 4-1/2 years old now, way past laying, but has that typical sweet silkie temperament. We’ve got a nice predator-proof coop/house in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and treat our girls more like pets than livestock. If you’ve got one or two gentle, non-roosting hens that need a new home before winter sets in, and you're not too far from the Boston area, please let me know ([email protected]). Many thanks!
