Needing advive on how to disinfectant feeders

Could i get advice on how to clean and disinfect feeders and waterers after they had been used with chick that had coccodsis?

Coccidia are spread when the oocytes (eggs) contaminate things. Thorough washing with plain soap and hot water and adequate rinsing will wash them away. No fancy solutions are necessary. But bedding may contain these oocytes as they reside in the poop, so fresh bedding is a must.
