Needing advive on how to disinfectant feeders

Could i get advice on how to clean and disinfect feeders and waterers after they had been used with chick that had coccodsis?

Scrub with ammonia.

Myself I just rinse with water wipe it set it in the sun. I don’t have a lot of coccidia issues so that’s just what I do but from what I’ve read ammonia about the only way to kill it.

Luckily i only had it in a few and hoping i don't see it again!

I don't see a particular reason to clean it any differently than however you normally clean it (I'm a rinse and go type myself). Some coccidiosis exposure is beneficial to help chicks build up a tolerance to it, a too-sterile environment doesn't allow for that. If you've already been treating the chicks for it then the parasite load should already be under control.
