Update: unfortunately my friend's duck that I just started treating passed away last night at 11pm right after I got home from work. I suspect she had an obstructed gizzard. I'm waiting for the okay from her to do a necropsy. I didn't have the heart to tell her today as it being Christmas.

I wish I would have had her sooner to start treatment because it didn't take me long to clear the obstructed crop. But as they say, "if wishes were horses all beggars would ride". I'll let you all know what I find once I get the okay to do the necropsy. Thank you all very much for your help and suggestions on how to deal with her.
