Neighbor Chicken will not leave

So at dusk, she kept flying up on top of the run and down but wouldn't go into the run. We were able to catch her and decided it put her in the front side of the coop (where we keep food and etc.), the big girls are in the back side. We left her for a bit then just went and checked on her. She snuggled in behind the shovel (there's really not a good place for her to roost) and seemed ok. She has food and water. I feel better knowing that she's safe tonight!!!!

You should try putting her on the roost when it's dark, the others then will wake up with her there.
Also you say the other girls are chasing her from time to time, that sounds about right but it seems there is no real aggression like drawing blood.
I had that and it did simmer down, now you would never guess looking at them.
Shame she is on her own, I know you couldn't help it but it is better to integrate more than a single hen, but as in your case you could not.

Can you add another roost?
Not sure if this will fit your situation, but.....

The chasing does not seem aggressive to me at all. Just your basic, "You're new here" chase. I was just down by run/coop and witnessed some interesting behavior. Little (new girl) got herself locked in the run by herself. I let her stay for a few minutes to check things out. I opened the door but she didn't come out. The HBIC and a barred rock went into the run. HBIC wouldn't let the BR go near Little or even look at her. At least that's how it appeared. I had one brown go in, seen Little, gave a slight chase but that was it. It feels very much like basic pecking order stuff. I sure would like her to go in with them tonight.
