Thx for apoligizing but it should mainly be me apoligizing for upsetting so many people by a post.

I think that the OP has found an equitable solution to her problem so all the arguing isn't needed. No matter what any of us think, it's up to her and the neighbor to work it out. Since the thread has gone down an unpleasant road and no longer helpful to the OP, it's time to bring down the curtain. So, thanks for everyone's participation here. I hope the issue is resolved or will be soon.
