Neighboring rooster causing aggressive behavior?

Neighbor has chickens too, and their roosters and mine will crow back and forth, seemingly trying to outdo one another. My question is, I've recently started noticing my rooster being more aggressive at me than usual....... do you think the neighbor's roosters have something to do with it?

I will agree with that, I do notice when there's a crowing contest going on, suddenly all roosters are trying to push their limits with me. I give em a good spray down with the hose. Usually fixes it for a while.

Perhaps or perhaps he is just maturing into his true personality. Whatever the cause don't let him get away with aggression towards you or anyone else.
