Neighbors chickens keep breaking into my coop

I've seen some of them hanging around the barn, but they run off as soon as they see me. I think they're looking for spilled food. It's not I,common for some of it to spill while I'm feeding my chickens, although it's not nearly enough to sustain anything. The amount that's spilled is probably enough for a small snack.

The new ones do get picked on a little bit, but it's usually nothing more than a sharp peck or two on the head of they happen to get too close. My chickens usually aren't overly aggressive to new members, especially if they're really young. Most of the ones that break in are juveniles, so it's possible that they're being chased off by older members of his flock. IDK if he feeds them or locks them up at night. I usually don't see them when I'm home for one reason or another, but I'll talk to them about it if I get the chance.
