Neighbors dog got into my chicken coop, killed all of the chickens only one left

Neighbors dog killed all of my chickens. Only one left. This is what she looks like. What do I do? Well she heal on her own? How do I keep the wound clean? Or should I just end her suffering?

Bring her inside and clean her wounds if you decide to treat her. Slather antibiotic ointment on her wounds and keep her in a safe place out of bright lights where its quiet until she gets better. You will have to reapply the antibiotic cream to keep it from getting infected (get the type that doesn't have pain relief) I wouldn't advise keeping her outside until the coops been secured. The dogs will be back sorry! I hope she gets well soon!
