My rooster and two girls were outside for some grazing while we were all outside cleaning up the yard when a dog came out of nowhere. It ran my two hens off before we caught it. Now I can't find my girls and the rooster is in the yard freaking out calling for them.
Are they going to come back?
The guy across the road has a lot of roosters....are my girls going to know that his roosters aren't where they need to be? We don't have a good relationship with that guy and I wouldn't feel safe going over there asking him if he saw them.
We (me and the kids) looked all over the yard in every place we could think before my brilliant son said that one went across the road. Why he didn't give me that information before....I don't know, possibly his brain fell out while the dog was running through the yard.
I know one went one way and the other went the other way. I just came in for the kids to start getting ready for bed and homework. I left Jake outside still freaking out, relentlessly calling his girls. The pin is open for them to go in. I just want to know if they will come home
