Neighbors dogs stealing my vegetables...ugh!!

Rock salt in shotgun shells, just don't shoot them too close. You could also have your parents call him...he he. I would recommend against calling animal control on family, I know its hard but sometimes it is better to lose the battle to win the war. The cayenne pepper sometimes works and they also have sprays and powders that you can put around the areas where you don't want the dogs to go. Good Luck

Feed them Dulcolax in a slice of cheese and he will have a nasty mess on hand. He can either keep the dogs on his property or deal with the consequences. I would put the empty box into his mail box, just as a little clue.
