Three out of 4 neighbors donot mind my 5 free-ranging Wyandottes....but the 4th doesn’t want them on her property. Is there such a thing as a solar powered motion sensing repellor device to keep them out of her yard ?

Not that I am aware of, regardless based upon your location(I'm in Texas) livestock are livestock they aren't raised for their brains. My neighbors have no property rights over my livestock if they wander off. It would be a Class B Mis to mess with or harass my animals. Read up on your local laws and if you do not have fencing well that is pretty important.
