Neighbours dog keeps breaking into our yard-what do?

My property is not fenced, but I free-range my flock every evening. I wait for two reasons. First, they got to where they would lay all over the place, and secondly, to keep down their wanderings. Letting them out at 2 PM or later, they never leave the yard, or the adjoining strip of woods right behind their pen. I make a practice of killing any predator BEFORE it kills a chicken. We lost one Barred Rock hen two years ago when I was free-ranging them all day long. They would wander off a quarter mile down in the woods. Since I started letting them out later, I haven't lost any. As I say, though, I kill predators as soon as I see them. If it's a threat to my chickens, it dies of lead poisoning.
