Neighbours dog

My neighbours have an American Eskimo. Yesterday their dog came through the fence and chased my chickens through the yard and killed one of them. We went over to talk to them but they denied it happened even though we had video footage. Is there anything I can do? I’m in Ontario.

I would contact the local animal control maybe? If you have video footage they cannot deny it. They need to be responsible for their dog and make sure it cannot get out if it’s going to harm others “pets”.

I'd get in touch with animal control too. If nothing else they'll have it on file if anything should happen again and they might have a nice chat with her regarding her dog
