NEON green, What's it mean?

Still doing fine, ran outta yogurt and got him some more, but he is still doing ok. He defends his spot of top roo against 3 other younger roosters

Ha! Well that's certainly a good sign!

Any way you can weigh him now and then weigh him in a couple of weeks - see your progress?

Well that's certainly good news!

By the way - the birds you list in your siggy line - are those bantams! I love OEGB's! I used to have a nice little Cooper line, but unfortunately the raccoons killed them all in one night. Heartbreaking! They were some lovely birds, and one had picked up a prize at the state fair. I called him Mr. Bojangles because you know how the males will dance at you, and he was quite the dancer. I really miss them a lot.

That is heart breaking! One death by a raccoon is enough but many at once would kill me! Yea I love OEG, but sebrights catch my eye too. anything with color really :] They are all just pets for eggs and fun :]

My dad, since we are now at the beach for vacation, when back to the house to pick up something for work. He says Bato doesn't look well, and honestly, doesn't think he may live much longer. I'm scared I'm losing the bird I have had for only 5 years or less! I feed him, he eats like a starved wolverine, but he stays pale, he stays weak, crow-less, mating-less, flying-less, keel sticks out, and comb lopsided...
