nephews cancer is in his lymph nodes

nephew was suposed tp have surgery on the 16th to remove the lymph nodes in his stomache are. it had to be put of . he has to start chemo .... the encologist (sp?) said there is 85% chance of the chemo working. I am going to take my mom up there to helo the family since my sister still isnt gettng around to well after her surgery. pray that I have the strength to not cry in front of them while I am there. please pray the chemo works

mthanks all... my nephew is acting out bad... he uses his caner to try to get things his way.his dad puts all his change in a large jar every day when he gets home from work. when it fills up he takes iit to the bank and puts it in the christmas acount... he noticed chang comming up missing and their sone always has gas in his truck but doesnt have a job. so bil counted his change one night and recounted it another day and over $60 was missing. when they dont let him go somewhere or do something he says he hopes the cancer kills him... next week they are puting in the port for his chemo. I am going up there to see them today.

I saw my nephew and his faily this weekend. they are trying to keep their spirits up. I think they are placing the port this week.he will be having really agressive chemo... first week is 8 hours a day 5 days straight. he says he isnt worrried about the chemo or cancer or possibly getting sick. he just doesnt want to lose his hair. its his crown and glory..lol... he has an 85 % chance the chemo will cure his cancer .if it doesnt he will have to have the major surgery to remove the lymph nodes. I am proud of my self I didnt cry while I was there. my sister looks great after her surgery. she still doesnt get around much. but is doing amazing .

I have heard that specialists can cure that cancer. My papa has it in his lymph nodes, and the docs say it is pretty cureable. Hope your nephew gets well.
