Thats some GREAT information, I had a Duck hatch this Evening, RUNNER I am guessin, but it is 2 days early. I still have 2 to go, but think they are dead, They only get about 3/4 grown in the egg and DYE, I just dont get it!!!!

can you post a pic of the duckling that hatched?

I did the Float tests, and 2 FLOATED, NO GOOD,. also checked another Egg FLOATED (chkn) No Good. I have 2 I can see moving due tomarrow. Hope they make it

I have eggs that are due to hatch Tuesday, and 4 have piped. How long before they should be out of the shell? I was told I should mist them to help soften the shells, has anyone done that? I am constantly checking the peeps and the pips, I feel Like I am having a baby! I am so excited, I want to just leave them alone, but am having a terrible time. LOL I'm both excited and nervous!!! This is my first hatch. Barred Rocks, Buff Orpington s and Possible Red Sexlinks all with Barred Rock Roo Dad

Thats like me and im only on day 17 i keep checking temp and humidity every ten mins my daughters are getting sick of me asking them to check it im even getting up in the middle of the night to check its crazy lol ,but i have this horrible gut feeling its not going to hatch i realy hope its just my nerves arrrrrrr

Floated another one, and it FLOATED but I can actually see it moving in the Egg, Still alive.

All i wanted was to see my wee chick move before i went into lockdown but no look
