Nervous about leaving vents open

I'm in Ohio too... if your coop is secure, leave the vents open. It's hard, I know.... but you will be fine! :thumbsup My brooder is in an open front coop and we have storms coming through tonite.... I know they will be just fine.
Yes I will tomorrow!! I know it’s healthier to have fresh air!!
 
I had my newly acquired 2-3 day old chicks outside with pouring rain, and ventilation on all 4 sides of brooder. Never occurred to me to try covering up any of the ventilation. Your chicks are 10 weeks old, they're absolutely fine short of living in an arctic wind tunnel.
